Who we are

What this site collects

This site has no contact form, no accounts, no file upload, and no analytics or advertising trackers. It does not ask you for any information, and its pages do not store anything about you in your browser. Our website host may keep standard technical logs (see below).

We receive personal information only if you choose to contact us by email or LinkedIn. That is whatever you send us, typically your name, your email address or LinkedIn profile, your firm and your message.

Please do not send client or financial information (for example account numbers, tax IDs, transactions or files) by email or LinkedIn message. If you need to share a file, we will agree a secure channel with you separately, under a written agreement.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to your request and to arrange a conversation or demonstration. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Email you send to us is handled by our business email provider, Google Workspace (Gmail), under Google’s own privacy terms. Messages sent on LinkedIn are handled by LinkedIn under its own privacy policy and terms. We do not control how those services process your information.

How long we keep it

We keep a request only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then delete it, normally within 90 days if no business relationship develops. If a business relationship begins, its records are governed by the written agreement between us.

Hosting and server logs

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) and handles traffic security. We do not set cookies on this site.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim any security certification.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you or to delete it by emailing [email protected].

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children.

Changes

If we add a contact form, analytics or other tools, we will update this policy before they are used.
