These terms cover your use of the SBTE Consulting & Associates website (“SBTE”). They do not cover consulting or pilot services, which are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

The site describes our services and shows demonstrations that use synthetic sample data. It is general information, not accounting, tax, legal, audit or financial advice, and it is not an offer that you can accept by using the site. Our reporting tool flags items for professional review and does not replace professional judgment.

Current status of the service

The reporting tool has been validated with synthetic accounting data only. We do not guarantee that it will find any particular error or work with any particular file.

Pilot services

Pilot scope, fees, data handling and deletion are set only by a written agreement. No customer file is accepted through this website.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or send us unlawful, harmful or confidential third-party information, including client or financial data.

Intellectual property

The content of this site belongs to SBTE Consulting & Associates or its licensors. You may view it for your own business evaluation. Please do not copy or republish it without permission.

No warranty and limit of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, SBTE is not liable for losses arising from use of the site.
